Music is oxygen.Fuel for the Fire.
I've been at this for quite some time. From the early days of bouncing tracks on a Tascam 4-Track and experimenting with hardware, to today, I still rely on a small set of trusted tools, Maschine and Ableton among them, to bring ideas to life.
I remember discovering Reason and becoming obsessed with making music on a computer. The speed, flexibility, and depth of sound design were mesmerizing; a single tone could open up an entire world to explore.
That process of tinkering, layering, and refining a track still feels like freedom to me. Turn on the machine, follow the details, and shape something technical into something alive.
What drew me in then still draws me in now: there was never one correct way to do it. Every module, knob, and button invited experimentation, and every session opened the door to new creative possibilities.
My current setup includes the Akai APC-40, Maschine controller, and a MIDI keyboard running through Ableton Live. Each instrument has a role, but the goal is always the same: to translate instinct into movement and atmosphere.
I keep both the dance floor and the long journey in mind when producing. Translating my experience through sound is my way of encouraging others to look inward, dig deeper, and create something of their own.
